Job Description: |
- Supervising employees and
assisting with tasks as necessary
- Conducting performance reviews and
sharing feedback with both upper management and team members
- Training new and current team
members on tasks
- Handling customer issues and
managing conflicts
- Balancing cash drawers and
preparing cash deposits
- Inventory Management
- Must have flexible schedule
daytime and evening hours Monday through Saturday. Will
always have Sundays off.
- Must have exceptional people
skills and treat customers and employees with respect and
dignity.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Tasks: will be placing product
orders, scheduling employees, must be able to count money,
must keep accurate inventory in store, must be able to make
quick judgment decisions
